No, it is German police protecting a coal mine excavator in #Lützerath - a village planned to be demolished by the energy company RWE to extract coal that is not even needed for the energy security of Germany.

@TatianaIlyina ...to make it possible to extract even more lignite, an awful brown coal derived from peat that is recognized globally as the most health-harming of the coals and a massive contributor to smog, acid rain, and particulate generation.
