I am NEVER doing business with @CompTIA EVER AGAIN. And I will NOT be renewing ANY of my certifications.

Absolutely unbelievably HORRIBLE experience with them this morning. And I have the chat transcript to prove it.

I was just kicked out of an exam for following the rules on the screen regarding taking all breaks before beginning the exam. I ran to the restroom with the message on screen saying to take my break prior to beginning the exam. I came back, clicked through to begin the exam.

When I returned I was told that I left the camera frame and my exam was being revoked. I told them I followed the rules. They simply issued me a customer support case number and ended the exam.

I’m done. Completely unprofessional. I literally followed the instructions on screen exactly and precisely.

tl;dr - F*** CompTIA and Pearson VUE … done throwing money at them.

you: I left BEFIORE I clicked next as instructed on the screen - it said take your breaks now before you start

you: I did not start the exam until after I returned
you: I follwed the instructions on the screen that said to take all breaks NOW before I clicked next to begin the exam
