• background ambience vids, podcasts & jigsaw puzzles
• gardening with RadioGarden app tuned to BBC6 (or Buddha Chill Milan)

Mostly though; allowing myself to be kind to myself is tough & i’m still learning

@gemcarey since mental activity is just as bad if not worse than physical activity for me I literally do nothing. I lie there with my eyes closed and focus on the infinite blackness.
