@mssprovenance Just last month a faculty member at a university in Barcelona shared her tenure dossier with me, and I shared mine with her. The professor was fascinated that my dossier included so much description.
@LaurieBridges Not working for a university myself, I don't know what tenure dossiers contain. What do you conclude from the difference between hers and yours?
@mssprovenance My university tries to assess impact in ways that go beyond traditional metrics. So, I can include non-peer reviewed articles, but must include descriptions of impact (Made up Example: This article was downloaded 200 times, has been used in course syllabi at the University of Washington, and has been cited 88 times). She can only include the name of the peer-reviewed article and its impact factor. Nothing else matters.
