@JeffLieber can you elaborate a little more on your disdain for 7-hours days in a room? Does the quality of ideas wane after 5 or 6 hours and become more unproductive?

Also, I like sardines.

@stevekimura I’ve found that longer rooms mostly produce exhaustion and tension. A couple hours here and a couples hours there is vastly greater than more work for more works sake.

@JeffLieber I can see how that makes sense. Keep it short and sweet unless there’s obvious momentum. And have clear goals for each session.
