@YetAnotherGeekGuy @rbreich Since I am arguing based on spirit of intent, no. Unless you can point out the specific passage within the Constitution or the SCOTUS decision detailing the exact process in selecting a Speaker disproving my point, then my argument is line with the Constitution.
