Under 20 bucks for a really good system as PDF.
Pathfinder is more known in the english sphere but by far not the best fantasy option and maybe branching out from dragon game variants could be interesting ^^
I would also recommend you Arcane Codex but it's fucking hard getting those here anyway not mentioning an english version
