@GottaLaff GOOD! Here in Washington state they're not "blocked" but there are restrictions. In many instances they're nonenforceable.
@GottaLaff Wonderful, and overdue. I’ve had many noncompetes, and always pushed back with, “I agree to a non-compete if I choose to leave, but if you let me go, I can go wherever I want.” That works sometimes, but not always. Nice to see employees catching a break here.
