cracking jokes about your species in a setting where several different sapient species is the default: kind of like calling yourself a monkey? or making race jokes about yourself? it's a little weird

I feel like it would take a certain kind of enjoyment of performing it or messing with people to commit to being your fursona full time, and saying "On the internet, no one knows you're a dog" every chance you get follows on from that pretty smoothly
