I have no idea how parents make decisions about their children’s educational options in this country without going crazy. Listening to my sister work through one issue nearly gives me a panic attack. What schools do to students, yes, but just think of what schools do to parents.
@austinkocher This is tricky mostly in bigger cities. In suburbs and rural areas, it’s just one public school vs 2-3 private schools. For the suburbs, buying a house on budget and in good school district with diverse and inclusive student body is the prime challenge. After that, you just go along the flow and pray your kids do better than yourself in their lives!
