Question for #chemiverse folks:

Does anyone have a favorite book for teaching environmental chemistry to environmental science majors?

The students I teach have taken Gen Chem I&II, but have not had O-Chem.

@heydebigale I taught environmental chem this fall (as an elective for chem majors & minors). I used Manahan’s 11th ed Env Chem book (https://www.routledge.com/Environmental-Chemistry/Manahan/p/book/9780367558871). I didn’t love the book. The ebook had a lot of annoying formatting errors, the end of chapter problems were really not my speed. I did like the organization of chapters. I ended up having the students mostly engage with other materials
