Kaiser’s biggest issue has been with mental health care. With things like Covid testing they are pretty good. Glad you had an easy experience.

@HeterodoxThis yeah, they're totally fucked with mental health care. also trying to get a pcr test while I was in southern california, despite ostensibly being in same network, was a total mess. spent two hours on the phone and gave up. but, some things they're good at.
