@billOfEarth42 @peterbutler @rbreich Well, with no rules in place and nobody sworn in, the Reader does whatever those around her suggest it seems. On Wednesday the Dems ran into this when they tried to get some nasty comments stricken from the record but found there is no way to do that when there are no rules! I expect more chaos as the days go on.
