Sheila BlackadderWatching some #ScienceFiction today to celebrate what is believed to have been Asimov's birthday. For #IsaacAsimov I am watching I Robot, because I loved the story.
I have moved on to Total Recall (1990) and loving every scene filled with overacting (when "Quaid" freaks out at Rekall) and the surly robot with the sense of humour and the eye rolls. THIS is Total Recall, second only to the original story. 😂
Third on my list today is called Fantastic Planet and is possibly to be considered a French anime from 1973...I dunno...what qualifies for that? All I know is that this film is fab for the era. It has a bit of everything.
To cleanse the palette a bit I am watching Time Bandits (1981) because it's amazeballs. Yes, I know it's not really sci-fi but despite only smoking weed today Fantastic Planet has a tendency to really screw with ones brain.
LittleRedCanary@SheilaBlackadder Good luck, I felt my favourite parts were left out or treated as anecdotal in the movie. It's not a bad movie, though, just dissapointing 
Oh it's not perfect, by any stretch just better than the remake 😂
