IM1: Tony halts all Stark weapons manufacturing. (Except his suits, Avengers equipment, Spider-Man's drones...) Instead, he designs a giant ARC reactor. To save the company and provide clean abundant energy.

IM2: He improves the ARC reactor.

IM3: He's built a lot more ARCs to power dozens of suits.

So... Why isn't MCU Earth running on ARC power?

I mean, I know. "Reed Richards is useless." (Thanks, TV Tropes.) But still.
