@Danc If I have access to the formatting of the heading style, I will always do this via the padding! Adding an extra hard return means adding something without any content and which is invisible: a recipe for confusion.
For similar minimalist reasons, in my day job as a software engineer I prefer tabs for indentation rather than spaces.
