No ads / promoted posts nonsense.
Sensible timeline that doesn't try to feed me algorithm content

All profiles can be turned into rss feeds by adding .rss to the end of the url.

Seems like the biggest issue is just cleaning up / making the sign up process a bit more comprehensible to non tech users.
