Decides that the proper answer to a request is perjury allegations.
Not even the 3rd time this mini tyrant has pulled a stunt like this, always with the tax payers footing the bill for his contempt of the law.
Imagine an HOA running a town in NJ, now imagine its worse... you're almost there with how bad it is.
