A lot of people know racism is institutional. But a lot more folks need to hear it over & over before they get it. The history is conclusive and the study data are clear: not talking about racism doesn’t make it go away. It just sits there and festers. I hope administrators of instances listen.

@hugh Well, you know the RW isn’t really interested in addressing the caustic effects of institutional racism. We know that. CRT is a dog whistle for them in the service of accruing power for power’s sake. They’re pretty awful but transparent these days.
