All the respect for folks of all ethnicities, sexual orientation (or lack of), gender identities (or lack of), etc
No bullshit time
As I respect people’s neurodiversity and mental health, so too will folks I work with do the same
As I respect people’s boundaries and consent, so too will folks I work with do the same
These are zero tolerance policies and will be enforced without hesitation
