There are many reasons I am happy to be leaving 2022 behind, but I am very proud of what I've been able to accomplish in spite of it. These are my most treasured accomplishments & best memories of 2022

- I went to France to visit an archive that I was nervous had nothing good in it, but was full of treasure I'm still sifting through
- I finished my final semester of PhD coursework while TA-ing & starting a new job
- I gave my first ever in-person public lecture at the Fralin Museum at UVA

- An article I wrote was accepted to one of my favorite academic journal (look out for it in 2023!)
- I started a new job at the Met this month that I already love, working on a project that I get more excited about the more I work on it
- I became an aunt! (Which required no effort on my part, but I did knit a blanket)
