January is typically the peak of gym signups...followed by a massive drop. Why? Because people overwhelm themselves with big changes in their lives and can't keep up. That's natural and you know...don't do it. Take it easy.

You don't need a new year to work on yourself and your goals. You can and even should do it...all the time! Just take it slow. One step at a time. No need to overwhelm yourself because it's not sustainable.

@solnic Yeah, the best things are made with time and constancy. Making a routine with discipline it's a hard thing, but when you do that your life will become really happier and more productive.
