I went through something similar earlier this year. I found trello to be ok, but Notion took it to the next level with swimlanes based on my enthusiasm for the role. This helped me prioritize where to focus my limited prep time while juggling multiple interview processes.

@pvolo hey thanks for the idea. I’ve been looking for a wiki I like but haven’t found one that meets all my requirements. I want one that allows public access and use of my own domain. None seem to have this, including notion.
