Will@bikepedantic I used to work extensively with CRE nterests, and while I like the professional managerial folks, the legacy owner class is the least sympathetic group you could possibly find. They had a solid 30 yr period of ascendant values, & concluded that’s just the way the world is - we are in charge of it and people pay us for our foresight.
