KrakerStarted watching #WitcherBloodOrigin and I don't think I've seen a show so poorly acted and written? There's just something so piss poor about the delivery and flow of the show. It's also painfully generic in terms of characters and story.
Bah'gawd what a load of crap!!!!! I finished watching the series as it's only 4 episodes long. Turns out it has the same show runner as iron Fist, how on earth could the same person get tasked with producing such mediocre TV??? #WitcherBloodOrigin
The worst thing is that they have so much 'tell and don't show' that it ruins any form of good storytelling.
All the characters are poorly written, flat, one note, especially the lead protagonists. Not a single interesting thing about them.
Visually the show looks fine, some sets and the on location shots are great.
However the filming and the editing are just so poorly done!
I honestly only watched it because I had previously visited one of the locations they used for filming and I wanted to see how they made use of it... They used it pretty poorly TBH. What a colossal waste of time and money.
