We just got company health insurance with @[email protected], so I'm trying to cancel my individual plan now. So far, the all-stars there have:
• Tried to transfer me, failed
• Transferred my call to a wrong number
• Put me on hold for 12 min to figure out where to transfer me
@WorldOfCrap I feel sorry for their operators, who are given little training and bad systems. I called as a follow-up to something a few weeks back and was given the challenge question of my own zip code. Except what neither I nor the person handling my call knew was that it was a zip code from nearly a decade ago...
