rw_timeout is set to -1 as default value for ffmpeg... So under stupid circumstances ffmpeg just hangs forever! 😩​

@jumoog Is over some tcp protocol? if you can't affect ffmpeg options but can affect kernel options maybe enable tcp keep-alive can help

@wader I don't understand why the default is set to "forever". I can't think of a good reason why this is the case.
