@joe where are you going to publish? It's my publisher that decides the format for me. If you're self-publishing, what are your nearest neighbours using on their self-pub?

@groovegenerator I'll probably self publish. I already have an editor lined up, so this might be a question best left to her the more I think about it. A lot of folks are saying MLA though.
