Who would you pick as your defense lawyer if you were charged in the Galactic Empire?

I'd go with Leia, but Obi Wan has a lot of gravitas, and could be a good choice too.

If we are limited to characters from the calendar I guess you'd have to go with C3P0, but he'd be better as a second chair.
