We used to have mock elections in elementary school to teach us about the importance of voting.
I voted for both Carter and Mondale.

I voted for Carter in first grade('80) because my mum liked him. I voted for Mondale('84) in fifth grade because I liked the idea of finally having a female VP.

According to our Constitution we are allowed to vote for POTUS and Vice POTUS separately.
We need to have this right back.

He's unfairly painted as incompetent because of inflation (which he had no control over) and the Iranian Hostage Crisis (the roots of which goes back to the 1950s, and lasted as long as it did because of Reagan).
