...was tuning around on the Brooklyn FM dial (as once does), and then making a recording of New York Kreyol FM, one of the local Haitian Kreyol underground/pirate stations. They start each broadcast with an hour or so of English language lessons. In this sample after about a minute of that and after an ID they switch to a Konpa tune which interpolates Hava Nagila (!) at about the 4 minute mark.
