TIL that if I open the meatballs menu on a post I can just click "filter post" to make a post dissappear from my timeline forever and I've been making good use of this to get rid of some posts I've seen boosted 50 times by now

@hellomiakoda @zkat @rommudoh @eniko @MaddieQuestions Döner kebap is Turkish for the rotating skewer meat. The traditional way to eat the cut meat is on top of pieces of flatbread

Turkish immigrants brought it with them into Germany when Germany had the "guest worker" program in the 1960s and began selling it as street food inside flatbread in the 1970s. The name of the dish got shortened to just Döner there
