Ted UnderwoodI feel like I only have one skill, which is to cut losses and abandon projects when changing circumstances suggest effort would be better invested elsewhere. But since I started out with pretty bad ideas, that turned out to be a key skill.

@maria_antoniak I get invested too. Something better has to come along for me to let go. Occasionally I listen to Jay-Z "On to the Next One" to psych myself up?

Jonathan Cheng@TedUnderwood yeah, guarding against sunk cost fallacies is a criminally underrated skill. It’s making me wonder what is the best space for learning that.
For me, it took playing lots of different games with other people to see just how frequently/creatively ppl overcommit to prior decisions.
