@jukesie as a not-product-person I can tell you ones I don't like the most. Anything that looks like a project plan (time on one axis) or a resource plan (team names on the other) and I struggle to see it as a roadmap. The typical explanations or excuses behind them don't convince me. The now-next-later types of roadmaps are more convincing. Ideally with a single stream or now-next-later on both axis.
