@Antonnewcombe well that would have been some gig! But when I moved to Auckland I basically asked everyone I ever spoke to about music what they know about flying nun or Dunedin bands and the response was usually very underwhelming.

@deafcassette see, i wouldn't live there for nothing. it's fine to play power station etc.. i like the south island, and the more south the better. christchurch has nothing for me either

@Antonnewcombe yeah, I can get that totally. I wanna move back one day and live in a cabin in the South Island somewhere…probably quite south too

@deafcassette i really tried to move down there, out in the sticks, see the gov gave the vets homesteads and a lot of these people are quite old, no family, i offered to move out, take care of a couple until they died, so they could stay put on the land they loved, but if fell through.
