1. Go to Settings > Email.
2. Enter your email address, then click "Save email".
3. Go to your email inbox and look for an email entitled "Email verification"
4. Open that email, and click the verification link
5. This will open a page with text that says, "Verify succeeded"
Thereafter, you will be able to recover your account or reset your password.
Also, be sure to choose which email notifications that you want to receive.
