For some reason the Firefox on Debian was unstable and crashy until I installed the Flatpak version. Now it seems fine. I don't know what that's all about. Flatpak annoys me because of its heavy disk space usage, but if I can use Firefox I'll take it. I tried Vivaldi, but just never liked it as well.
@cameron Flatpak does include all the dependencies but it shares them between apps so if you install all of your apps through Flatpak it shouldn't be much heavier. But yes, on a single package basis Flatpacks are heavier...
@cameron I just know that Firefox from Debian repos is the ESR version. 🥴 Maybe that's why.
