At the very least, participation in a plot to overthrow the government should mean a dishonorable discharge and never being able to get a security clearance/losing any security clearance one might already have.

You're a threat to national security, by definition, if you try to overthrow the government. Service and law enforcement personnel swear an each to defend the Constitution, not any individual person. They violated their oath. Fire them all.

1) No sources are cited.
With all manner of misinformation that's out there, it would be useful to provide reputable references that can be looked up.

2) What is the degree of the problem? You mentioned Secret Service and the FBI. Are we talking about 10, 20, 2,000 individuals?

3) Since no one in these agencies has been held accountable so far, how much trouble are we still in? This is a huge national security issue in my view.

@lindyli Thank you! I have been thinking about this and it has worried me that my/our tax dollars have funded the military and surveillance training of insurrectionists who used that training against the will of the people, against our Constitution and against the best interests of our Republic.
