@katrinbretscher caffeine is also a legal drug yet it is part of a large number of people's lives in forms such as coffee, tea, energy drinks, etc.

@stevenclyman @katrinbretscher Caffeine has an effect, but I won't call it a drug. You may be accustomed to drinking coffee, but you won't get addicted.
And drinking a couple of coffees a day won't harm you. A couple of alcoholic beverages will in the long run.
