What is apparent about quote toots, good or bad, ramifications for server stress aside, is that implementation is just a bit of code and putting that code on your instance. That's it. The results will be entertaining but nobody's done it.
I've seen folk saying they should have QTs, but nobody saying they've coded them, or put them on their instance, or are willing to put them on their instance, or are offering to pay someone for the labor to do any of the above.
