@RianQuenlin I'm on Win11. Everything is back to normal after all that but it scared the living daylights outta me. The problem was Asus's Armory Crate software in general. It was just too much for what I'd use it for. I later found out that Asus themselves have an uninstall tool, which makes it even more mind boggling.
