See you probably just saw the post as a link but for me it showed up as a quote toot. If everyone switched to this type of server instead of Mastodon, then they could have that. Better threading and also toot level text searches as well.

I'm on calckey, and can't say I recommend folks move yet.

UI is a bit unfinished (pretty though!), and no subscription to #Hashtags, also no edit.

Hopefully it'll catch up soon.

@486timetable you can subscribe to hashtags via antennas (the ufo thinger on the top right)! No edit is true.

I'll be honest the threading ALONE makes calckey superior to Mastodon. Posts with many replies are unreadable on Mastodon.

Yes, that seems to work. Clunky: goes in separate timeline.

Don't get me wrong, Calckey is amazing, can see love to the detail here for sure.

@486timetable in torn about the separate time-line. It was both nice and weird that Mastodon put hashtag searches directly into my time line tbh
