Built my first macro pad! Don't have keycaps yet but it should still work.

@graemewinter I have a working numpad!!!!! Took me a long time to

(1) flash the firmware -- I didn't know what terms to google here,

(2) give up on circuitpython since the relevant libraries appear to be broken (betting there is more I don't understand here),

(3) also give up on QMK to flash a keyboard configuration since it would not recognize my device, and finally

(4) discover KMK using circuitpython and figure out which pins were mapped where

@irisvirus what is the MCU? Also: what do you plan to actually do with it? Looks interesting 👍
@graemewinter adafruit kee boar driver. I originally planned for it to be a numpad but as I'm learning CAD now I'm going to have it store shortcuts for that (and probably other applications as well if I can figure out the switching). idk why I'm subjecting myself to so many steep learning curve projects simultaneously.

@irisvirus ah built on rp2040: most potent

... and steep learning curve projects are fun 🙂

@irisvirus Looks awesome! I have random spare cherry keycaps if you need some
@cm I have some picked out, just not acquired yet. But thank you!
