Half of this budget is Military spending...HALF! $853,000,000,000. And we aren't even at war. We should be cutting this budget in half since withdrawing from Afghanistan.

Only about 20% of this money goes to pay service men and women. It's almost 300% more than China or Russia spend. This is insane and it's destroying this country's future.
