@Popehat This morning I was told by my favorite Trumper that the January 6th committee broke it’s oath to the Constitution by making a criminal referral if Trump to the DOJ. He claims that this act demonstrates that the separation of powers is meaningless to them. 🙄

Given that every republican (except two) failed to honor their oath of office to protect and defend the constitution (including trump), the criminal system is all that is left.
