RoslynIt really annoys me how the Liberal Party keeps saying that "there was a perception of...", so therefore all they need to do is change the "perception" and people will love them again. What a load of self-serving drivel. There is a reality that the Liberal Party is misogynistic, old, conservative and climate change denialist in its policies and public statements. Until they accept that their beliefs and policies are contemptuous of female humans and of future human existence on this planet, they will not win female or young voters.

@Blotreport Yes, good point. I can’t see that religious fanaticism catching on in mainstream Australia, but it’s worrying that a major party is being infiltrated. We are fortunately far more secular than Americans and have the safety net of mandatory voting to protect us, hopefully, from such extremist groups. Morrison’s hypocritical religiosity was a major turnoff, along with his other foul and repulsive qualities.
