•57% of FL WW voted for Rubio over Demings—a Black woman

But right now as Black women on TikTok follow other BW for solidarity—WW are outraged b/c apparently that's unfair to WW🤦🏽‍♂️

Imagine denying incredible BW access to the halls of power, but feeling discriminated against because you're not centered in a conversation on a social media app. smh we have work to do y'all.

@TheViking Demings, Beasley, and Abrams all should have won. All were far more qualified than their mediocre insecure opponents. Truly a shame none of them won.

@QasimRashid I couldn't agree more. Since I live in Orlando, Val Demings was more on my radar. Maxwell Frost will hopefully be a fantastic representative. I haven't heard what kind of political future for Val Demings?

@QasimRashid I should never be surprised by their audacity because they always think they are entitled access to every space regardless of their perpetual violence, but I'm still kinda surprised that they are mad about this specifically.

@Gomiker @QasimRashid I’m white and I’m tired of white people. Though with rising anti-Semitism, my white card’s been revoked and I’m just white-presenting (which still comes with a fair amount of privilege, let’s be real).

@QasimRashid I'm white, Old South; my ancestors go back to pre-Civil War. I voted for Abrams, Warnock, and Ossoff.

I know white women who vote Democrat, but many who vote GOP-Trump & think they're not racist. Most are in denial; some wealthy Reaganites still embrace the "welfare queen" trope; also Jews for Trump loyal to Israel; Catholics "pro-life"; Baptist/Evangelical bigots.

Reality: we still refuse to face 600 years brutality, oppression, and exploitation of Black and First Americans.
