so even taking the low estimate of 0.7% percent across the whole population, pretty hard to *not* meet trans kids

TGs are relatively scarce [1]. Furthermore, if you manage to pin down transphobes on the number of TGs they actually know (seeing as they believe scary, scary TGs are personally threatening their entire way of life), the answer is invariably: zero.
