This may be the last of these threads on Mastadon. if half the engagement I get is just being scolded for not bending over backwards far enough to protect every single person's delicate sensibilities, then it's not fucking worth it. I'm already replicating this thread on three platforms. This one is all work and no reward. Find me on Twitter and Tumblr where people are allowed to go goblin mode and actually interact. I don't feel like I can breathe here and it's a toxic culture for my scrupulosity OCD to be constantly told everything I do is wrong and not good enough.

@MsFairyViolet Didn't know that with an actual spoiler tag that lets people avoid the actual spoilers we were still having to split the tag to ribbons on a low-traffic platform barely anyone can find CR content on already. I guess I'll waste my time copying and pasting tags on yet another platform to the point the tags become longer than the posts. Thanks.

On Mastodon you can also mute hashtags, not everyone knew that, so that is why I asked.

@MsFairyViolet I'll do it. You've successfully scolded me. Congratulations. Another Mastadon experience of every time anyone has fun, there's another rule they were breaking and another toe they were stepping on no matter what anyone does. No wonder this platform is a ghost town for fandom when the fun is continually sucked out of it.

Personally, I'm fine with just a spoiler CW on the #CriticalRole hashtag. Although I do prefer the #CriticalRoleSpoilers hashtag for spoilers, because I can just mute them on mass.
