He was extremely appreciative for support and resources from the US and emphasized the money we sent was about saving democracy.

I was proud to hear him and especially proud to #StandWithUkraine.

The real test for US will be how protracted this is.
We've had many unsuccessful wars and shadow wars since '65 and none worked out as we expected, except maybe in Honduras and we Pinochet era in Chile.
I'm hopeful, but not optimistic, if that makes sense.....
